He was also told he can NOT contact Rihanna, even by phone or email. BUT DID THE JUDGE MENTION TWITTER? There's your loop hole Chris!

* So it looks like the dude that bid $4.6 million for the crypt above Marilyn Monroe really didn't want to be that close to her and withdrew his bid. His reason for doing so? Quote, "I am awfully sorry, but I need to cancel this because of the paying problem." The guy/girl was a bidder from Japan.

* British tabloids always have the dirt....they are claiming Megan Fox has signed on to play Catwoman in the next "Batman" movie. Meeeeeow!

* He not only played a Dr on TV....but now a Judge! Neil Patrick Harris gave sentences yesterday during the American Idol aditions in Dallas. Joe Jonas was also a judge for the Dallas auditions.

* Katy Perry, Ne-Yo, Taylor Swift, Cobra Starship, Leighton Meester and host Russell Brand performed a "West Side Story" routine for the new MTV Video Music Awards Show Promo....check it out here:

* I didn't realize we still cared.....but Criss Angel: Mindfreak is still on TV. Watch as he "transports himself" from 250 feet about Las Vegas to the street below tonight on A&E at 10pm. Lame.

* T Boz, Chili and Justin Timberlake all on one show! JT is hosting a benefit concert on October 17th and T and C will be performing - this will be the first time they've done anything together in the US since Left Eye died in a car accident in Honduras. Taylor Swift, Alicia Keys and Ciara will also be featured perfomers on "Justin Timberlake and Friends"
